What is your photography style during a wedding?
I like to be a positive but unobtrusive part of your day. I photograph weddings in a primarily documentary style. I love seeing your day unfold and photographing all the moments; this way, when you look at your photos, it will feel like you are reliving your day.
We never get our photo taken, and we feel so awkward. Do you help with posing?
I hear this all the time, and I can relate! I help with very natural posing. I want you and your partner to interact with each other, so it shows your true selves. I love the moments when you are both walking, holding, and laughing with one another. It makes my day when couples tell me how comfortable they feel working with me in front of the camera. This is 100% my goal!
What is the process to hire you?
If you decide to book with me, I require a contract signing and a 50% retainer. Once both are received, I will add you to my calendar. Everything can be done quickly online, and I accept credit cards.
How long will it take for us to receive images?
It takes me 8 weeks to deliver your wedding and 2 weeks to deliver engagement photos. I like to deliver sooner when I can, though!
What is your editing style?
I know there are so many terms and names for editing styles. My style is true to life and true to color with a pop! I want your images to stand out but I want you to look like you and I want the flowers you so carefully picked out to look the color they did on your day. Your photographs will be timeless so when you look back at your photos years from now you remember the day as it was.
How do you deliver images?
After I have edited your wedding photos I send you a gallery link of your images. There will also be a button on the top right that will download your high resolution jpegs files.
Do you travel for weddings?
I’m located in Fishtown Philadelphia and I love to travel for weddings all over in addition to my Philly weddings. I photograph all over PA, NJ and states nearby. I’m also ready to hop on a plane if you need a destination wedding photographer!
Do you give RAW files?
I don’t give RAW files for a couple reasons. The most important is that I take time a lot of time to edit your images to make them look beautiful and true to my style and brand. The other is that it actually takes special editing programs to open and edit raw files that most people people don’t have.
How many photos will we receive?
This is a tough question because many things can factor in on this so I never give an exact number. On average if you have just me as the photographer 60-75 images per hour and 75-95 per hour with two photographers.
Do you offer wedding videography as well?
I do! I offer a unique hybrid photography and videography coverage. Coverage will be purely documentary style. It’s like a daydream highlight film of your day in 2-3 minutes. As I photograph your day, I simultaneously get photo and video coverage, which makes the day go seamlessly. No additional vendor is needed, and there is no need to make you stop and do things over for a videographer. At this time, I do not offer audio, so this is for the couple that just wants fun snippets of their day with music, but with a priority on photography. Videography can’t be booked separate from photography, it must be a combo package if you would like this.
