I was more then thrilled when I heard from curator Rebecca Robertson that one of my photographs had been chosen for an auction to raise money for UNICEF’s Seeing Zero campaign and Benefit. I was even more excited when I found out it had sold at the silent auction and helped in part to raise over $50,000! Money raised will help children in Colombia gain access to clean drinking water.
A big thank you to Rebecca Yale for telling me about this great cause as well as everyone else on the committee, and all the hosts and incredible photographers involved. It’s pretty amazing when something you love helps those in need.
